Lash’s professional pedigree is no less impressive and includes over a decade of experience at nationally recognized firms Control Risks and BDO and, more recently, his own business Dark Horse Global. Dr. Lash has provided critical guidance across industries such as biotechnology, logistics, telecommunications, and renewable energy. His expertise lies in mergers and acquisitions, compliance, performance transformation, and risk management, delivering exceptional value to clients navigating complex regulatory and financial landscapes.
A key focus of Dr. Lash’s work is assisting clients with national security reviews before the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS). His services include mitigating foreign ownership, control, or influence (FOCI), operational impact assessments, cybersecurity evaluations, and the development of tailored compliance strategies.In addition to his national security and compliance credentials, Dr. Lash is a recognized expert in forensic accounting.
